The Harry Potter store in New York City is a big and beautiful place. It has a grand entrance with a larger-than-life phoenix that greats you. The stair case has wands at the entrance. The store has two massive floors. There are tons of shops to be in and a food area where you get butter bear and other candy and drinks.

There are two Virtual Reality experiences. Chaos at Hogwarts is where you get a couple of minutes to look around Hogwarts and then you do some quests for Dobby, the house elf. Wizards Take Flight is when you fly around Hogwarts on a broom and then do some tasks for Hagrid.
